There is a point in our lives where we realize when we become satisfied with who we are. The process of reaching this is a long one for those who suffer from anxiety, depression, or any mental illness. This isn’t impossible, I am witness reaching this for a short moment, yet this is still a process. We all fall from wellness at some point, but it’s up to us to retrace our steps and regain the balance that we need. Yes, it’s all about balance.
The feel of satisfying emotions comes when we reach our own goals. Perhaps the goal could be anything that we set, our emotions will follow to link to it, regardless of what it is. Satisfied emotions are the realization of self-love or love for others. Not only for those who seek mental help but for everyone who looks for satisfied emotions. We live our entire lives searching for these emotions that urge us to be satisfied, but the only way is to find balance within ourselves. As I had mentioned in many of my previous blogs meditation is the key to balance, but additional to meditation. Look for your center, what defines you?
One of the emotions that you should master first is self-love. You can’t love others if you don’t know how to love yourself. But going back to what defines you. Love is the strongest emotion but sharing it, sometimes feels like an impossible task. Isolate yourself from what bothers you, isolate yourself from your problems; put everything aside and think for yourself, by yourself, and think of your future. Think of your love for yourself and think of those with who you will share your love with. Make a balance and decide what is best FOR YOU!
Continue to love yourself. Even if you falter, even if you slack, don’t stop. Just take a moment to reorganize, take a moment to internalize what you feel and remember what you want. This is how you reach your satisfied emotions. I send you a hug anywhere you are reading this. I know you can overcome the sea of emotions when you decide to take one at a time. Love yourself and make the most out of the life you want to live.
